An die Stelle einer uneinbringlichen Geldstrafe tritt Ersatzfreiheitsstrafe. Zwei Tagessätzen entspricht ein Tag Ersatzfreiheitsstrafe. Das Mindestmaß der Ersatzfreiheitsstrafe ist ein Tag.
